International

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes (Ossine Shoes) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees (Ossine Shoes) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order two ways, and they're both easy! Log in to Your Account and visit your order history. Or look at the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.

How do I return an item?

Returns can be made using the return form. If you need another form or label, you can find it on our returns page here.

What if my package hasn't arrived?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Pre-orders, backorders may take a little longer. Your shipping confirmation email should have an estimated delivery date. Try tracking your order, if you still need help tracking, click here.
